Tibetan Feng Shui is very common-sensical and down to earth -- not a superstition or 'magical' practice. Tibetan Feng Shui is an intuitive practice that is more reflective of Western thinking than traditional Chinese Feng Shui (which is a complicated system more adapted to Asia's thinking and customs). It's easy to learn and can be very effective, very quickly.
